Shipping Policy
Be advised that you are ordering ALL NATURAL products. These products take time to prepare. This business is ran solely by the owner who takes pride in providing quality products.
These products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness. You are not getting products that have been sitting on a shelf. The orders are hand mixed, hand bottled, hand labeled, and hand packaged to be delivered to your door.
Therefore our PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days do not include weekends or holidays but we do ship out orders every operating Monday.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking from USPS Click N Ship once your order ships, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, after that you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 postal operating days.
Although sometimes you may receive your order sooner, our standard is 7-10 business days so please always EXPECT our standard processing time. Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been longer than 10 business days.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL!!!
If your order is returned undeliverable, you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for re-shipment.
If you refuse to pay for re-shipment, your order will be refunded the cost of your order minus a restocking fee of 25%. Shipping fees are also non-refundable.
Orders CANNOT and WILL NOT be canceled or refunded for any reason other than the aforementioned reason.
Due to changing export customs, we have had to stop international shipments.
