Q: Does this work for all hair/skin

A: Yes

Q: Is this product safe for kids

A: Yes, it’s all natural, safer than any commercial product you already buy and use. 

Q: What are your ingredients?

A: For our most popular items, the ingredients are listed on the website underneath the item. If you see "an essential oil blend" that is our Healing Blend which is 100% proprietary to our brand and is listed below for your reference.

Oil of Olea europea infused with a proprietary blend of Peppermint thyme ylang ylang cedarwood geranium ginger lemon grapefruit allium sativum cinnamomum verum 

Q: How do I use the product?

A: All items have instructions on the packaging, however - our products being used for hair growth should be considered TREATMENTS to facilitate healing and expedite hair growth. 

The off time is there because our bodies, being the unique creations they are, will adapt very quickly to something. Using the product more often than recommended CAN be counterproductive as in your body will get used to it and stop reacting to it. 

Everything is science guys. The every other day use days will allow the product to still be a surprise to the system like “wow what is this” allowing it to react in a more positive manner whereas over use will not have that effect.

Shampoo/conditioner are scalp treatments as well. I use them once per month. If you wash your hair more often you may alternate between your normal

Shampoo/conditioner so that the products may remain as effective as possible 

Q: When will my order ship

A: Processing and delivery time takes 7-10 business days usually. Please do not contact us unless it has been longer than 10 BUSINESS DAYS since your order was placed. Once you receive a shipping notification, your order will arrive in 2-3 days. 

We post when we make shipments to our social media pages. If you do not follow us on our social media, please take the time to do so. That way you will be aware of your order processing/shipment dates and if there are any processing delays. 

Q: Why is shipping so expensive

A: We charge shipping and handling fees and our shipments are shipped using USPS priority shipping. You will receive your shipment within 2-3 days of your shipping notification for domestic orders. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SHIPPING.

There are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed. All orders are final!!! 


Q: My order arrived damaged what should I do?

A: If your order arrives damaged please message me immediately with pictures of untampered products. I will need to file a claim with the Post Office.
